Tide to Table Sponsor Highlight - Vigilant

Vigilant supports the western manufacturing industry by helping companies understand and develop best practices for complex employment-related issues. Areas of expertise include association health plans, employment-related compliance, workplace safety and Washington workers' compensation. Vigilant has operated since 1960, giving expert advice and insight.

Vigilant makes their proprietary employment resources available to Coalition members through their website and we support the operations of the Working Waterfront Health Trust, available to any qualifying maritime or water-reliant employer state-wide in Washington.

As an organization that helps companies be better employers, they believe thriving, well-run companies have significant influence and impact on their employees and the families and communities they represent. Thriving, well-run maritime businesses are foundational to the economic and cultural health, legacy and future of Whatcom County.

The primary measure of their success is member value. Over the past year, they were able to return an average of about 30% of their participating members' workers' compensation premium back to them in WA state.

They've found that our services are particularly valuable to our member companies when they are navigating significant uncertainty and change. Vigilant looks forward to being a trusted advisor to these companies as the economic and political landscape rapidly changes.

The Coalition would like to extend a sincere thank you to Vigilant: Counsel for Employers for their continued support of our waterfront communities and their sponsorship of Tide to Table '25. If your business needs grounded advice and insight into health plans, employment compliances, safety and WA worker's compensation - look no further than www.vigilant.org.
