Commisioner Carly James takes her seat on the Port of Bellingham Commission


Reporter Paul Meyer sits down with new Port of Bellingham Commissioner Carly James, who is the only the 2nd woman to serve on the commission since 2004.  She's also the first new face on the commission several years. 

Carly talks about her upcoming tenure, what motivated her to run, and her goals for the coming year.
