Day on the Bay & SeaFeast

This week, Kevin & Dan welcome Jessica Gillis with Sustainable Connections on our upcoming Day on the Bay celebration.

Day on the Bay is an exciting new event on the Whatcom Waterfront that features our seafood providers, processors and marine trades, showcasing the seafood industry and our connection to the shore.

Several stops are happening from Squalicum Harbor, all the way to Fairhaven. The Bellingham Shipping Terminal will be open to tours, you'll be able to meet fishermen, walk the docks, and hear about the impacts of our seafood industry.

We'll also have RE-Sources at Taylor Dock talking about water quality, and we'll have family-friendly activities this year, at Community Boating Center and Seattle-Marine Bellingham.

Listen in this week for Jessica Gillis as she talks about Day on the Bay, and join us on Sept 28th, from 10-4pm to learn more, and love your waterfront!
