The Sailing Program Coordinator is responsible for training, managing and motivating our team of sailing instructors and volunteers. They will
work to develop and teach on-water programs for adult sailing classes, clinics, private lessons, regattas, and sailing experiences. They will ensure that our instructing team accomplishes the skill development and course goals of their assigned program. They will lead mid-season reviews of their team and communicate with clients as needed to follow up on questions or concerns. They will work closely with the Fleet Manager to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order and supporting program goals.
This position reports to the Community Program Manager.
