Brannon lives here in Bellingham just minutes from the harbor with her partner Pete Feenstra, who was raised in the Bellingham area fishing his entire life. They both have large boats in Squalicum Harbor and fish Puget sound with Bellingham as our their home port. As an active fisherman from a younger generation, she has her finger on the pulse of the desires and concerns of up-and-coming waterfront demographic, while remaining reasonable and sympathetic to the other interest groups to keep a harmonious social system. She has a history fishing, dealing with harbors, processors, buyers, water front business and tourism in every state on the west coast, giving her a broad insight and experience to contribute to waterfront issues. She has marketing and communications training and a general passion to champion for her people, place, and purpose.
