Amended Port of Bellingham and Dept. of Ecology Clean Up Action Plan

The Port of Bellingham and Department of Ecology have released an updated clean-up plan for the Bellingham waterway, ASB pond and shipping terminal. The plan includes changes made to land use for the ASB, as well as provisions for cleaning additional contaminants based on new regulations.

The plan is accepting public comment online until May 23rd, 2023:
