What is Blue Drinks?

For everyone interested or involved in Whatcom County’s maritime issues and endeavors, the Whatcom Working Waterfront Coalition, “WWC” invites you to our Blue Drinks gatherings. Join the fun, network informally, create relationships, and help build awareness of our local waterfront issues, activities and events.

The next Blue Drinks: Thurs. November 1st
A Special Event:

Part 1. 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Squalicum Harbor
Join us for the official unveiling of the seven new Interpretive Signs at Squalicum Harbor. Meet at the Fishermen’s Memorial Statue in Zuanich Pt Park.

Part 2.   6:30 to 8 p.m.  Chuckanut Brewery
601 W Holly, Bellingham
Eat, drink, meet, and greet. Join us for a great social and networking event. Enjoy the awarding winning brew and delicious fall fare.
Guests pay for their own food and drink.

 

When is Blue Drinks? 

WWC Blue Drinks for 2018 takes place quarterly at different waterfront venues.

A typical Blue Drinks evening might be: 
5:30 to 6:15 – eat/drink/mingle
6:15 to 6:40 – Short Presentation
6:40 to 7:30 – More socializing

Anyone who works in maritime endeavors in Whatcom County, and anyone interested in these water-related activities – welcome! 

WWC Blue Drinks is free to attend;
you only pay or donate to cover food
and drink costs.
